Customer care score ratings at JCB Skoda are at an all-time high.
Reflecting the group's customer-centric approach, the current score - carried out independently by Skoda UK, are an impressive 96.6%.
The customer care scores are undertaken by the manufacturer to ensure retailers are delivering an experience in line with Skoda UK's expectations. The score is calculated according to the responses of both recent sales and aftersales customers to internet and telephone questionnaires.
